It has been 2 years since we replaced a Pergola on our outdoor deck with substantial Louvretec systems consisting of a Louvred Roof , 3 x Sliding Louvred Doors that open out to further decking with an outdoor table setting, 6 x Top Hung Louvred Plantation Shutters and 2 x Clear PVC Outdoor Blinds. We look through to this Outdoor Room from our family room & kitchen. We love how the louvre shutters, my palm trees and colourful cushions give us a sense of being on holiday in Bali. Our family room opens onto this outdoor room with Opening Roofs. The opening/closing roofs provide comfort of staying dry in wet weather or shady and cool if we choose on a sunny day. I was initially concerned about loss of natural light but what it has infact done is give me control with how much sun or shade I want with the touch of a button. It’s an addition we have no hesitation in saying has been the BEST MONEY WE HAVE SPENT ON OUR HOME since building 16 years ago and an investment that we benefit from every day and are so pleased we did.
